**🔥 WILD WOMAN EMBODIMENT 🔥**

A dynamic dance journey - with a focus on music, rhythm, the elements and movement. A space for you to explore moving your body in your own unique way, allowing it to lead you and be your guide. A space to feel, unleash your inner fire and awaken the wild woman within. Guided by music and intuitive prompts, you’ll move in a way that feels good to YOU, helping you to reclaim your body’s wisdom, and express yourself unapologetically.

This workshop is split into two parts and will transition from a somatic guided class into an ECSTATIC DANCE! So you will have more time to keep on dancing or enjoy as you please. We will finish with a closing circle.

No experience necessary, this is for everyone. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, clearer,  more of *yourself*.

This will be a regular event running on Saturdays, once a month, please check for future dates!
